Holistic List of Project Values

Values are the set of beliefs, trade-offs, and judgement guidelines that govern project results and their obtainment. The goal of identifying a values list is to provide a sufficient understanding of our beliefs and priorities to enable consistent decisions and actions in unanticipated situations.
