Focus Statement: Perspectives

Perspectives are individuals or classes of individuals whose points of view should be reflected in the solution. Normally these would be a subset of the stakeholders. There are different degrees to which we will emphasize each:

We will actively try to meet their needs. However, they might have a different focus that will be taken into account at different points in the project. Therefore, depending upon the stage of the project, we may seek them out or have others represent their perspective:
